Early College Program
We are excited to announce our partnership with San Bernardino Valley College through the Valley Now! college program. This partnership will allow our students to earn college credits while still in high school. Our program at Virtual Academy provides a convenient way for students to achieve their academic goals, and we believe that this partnership will help them gain a head start on their college education. Through this innovative program, students can take college-level courses and earn credits that will count towards a degree. We are thrilled to be a part of this initiative and look forward to supporting students on their journey towards success.
More About the Early College Program
Why choose Early College Program?
These courses challenge you academically, provide a taste of the college experience, and help you adapt to higher education expectations. By acquiring college credits before graduating high school, you can gain a competitive edge. College courses open doors to a broader range of academic and career opportunities, allowing you to explore your passions and set a solid foundation for your future. Take advantage of this opportunity to excel and stand out in the ever-evolving education landscape.
Ready for the College Experience?
The CCAP pathway at Virtual Academy allows students to earn college credit while in high school. Ideally, students begin in 9th grade and continue taking college courses throughout high school. However, students can join the pathway at any time, given they meet the eligibility requirement. College professors teach CCAP courses, and one of the benefits of this pathway is that classes are made up of other Virtual Academy students. These classes will be taught within the school day and will be synchronous, hybrid, or in-person. Hybrid and in-person courses will take place on the Virtual Academy Campus.
